Create Milestones:
Go to your project → Click on Milestones → Click + New Milestone.
Name the milestone, set a due date, assign an owner, and mark its status (Active, Upcoming, Completed).
Link to Task Lists:
While creating a Task List, assign it to a milestone.
All tasks under that list will be grouped within the milestone’s scope.
Track Milestone Progress:
Use the Milestone Dashboard to view open/completed tasks and percentage completion.
You can also view milestone timelines via the Gantt Chart.
Client Visibility:
If clients are involved, share milestone progress for transparency and collaboration.
