Estimates and Sales Orders help manage the pre-invoice process—useful for quoting prices or confirming sales before fulfillment.

  1. Create an Estimate:

    • Go to Sales → Estimates → + New → Add customer, items, and terms.

  1. Convert to Sales Order:

    • After client approval, click Convert to Sales Order for inventory reservation or fulfillment tracking.

  1. Convert to Invoice:

    • Once fulfilled, convert Sales Order to Invoice in one click.

  1. Track Status:

    • Monitor estimate status (Sent, Viewed, Accepted) and sales orders (Open, Fulfilled, Invoiced).
