I want to permanently close or delete my account. What’s the process and what data will be removed?

We respect your right to close your account at any time. However, before proceeding, please read carefully:

  1. Go to Account Settings > Security > Delete Account.

  2. You’ll be asked to confirm your decision and enter your password.

  3. A confirmation email or OTP will be sent to your registered contact.

  4. Once confirmed, your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion (usually within 7–30 days depending on policy).

Data implications:

  • All personal data, files, and usage history will be erased permanently.

  • Linked services and integrations will be deactivated.

  • If you're part of an organization, the admin may need to initiate the deletion.

Note: Deleted accounts cannot be recovered after the retention period ends. If you only wish to deactivate temporarily, contact support for alternative options.
