Where Do You Set Up Leave Policies in Zoho People?

Leave policies define accrual, carryover, and approval rules.

Steps to Set Up:

  • Go to Setup > Leave Settings > Leave Types, click + Add Leave Type.

  • Define rules: accrual frequency, max usage, carry forward, etc.

  • Navigate to Leave Policy, assign leave types and region/department rules.

Assigning to Employees:
Via Employee Profile > Leave Settings, assign the right leave policy.

Reports:
Check Reports > Leave Reports for balance and usage insights.
