Subscription changes during a billing cycle are typically handled through prorated billing:

To Upgrade:  

  1. Go to Billing → Subscription → Change Plan

  2. Select a higher-tier plan and review feature differences.

  3. Confirm the upgrade.

The system will:

  • Immediately apply the new features

  • Charge a prorated amount for the remaining period of your billing cycle

  • Generate an updated invoice

To Downgrade:  

  • You can request a downgrade that will take effect at the end of the current cycle

  • Features will remain active until that date

  • Some plans may not support downgrading if they use exclusive modules or have usage limits

You’ll always receive an email confirmation of the charge adjustment or upcoming downgrade date.
