Grace Period & Account Status  

  • Most services offer a 7 to 30-day grace period, during which:

    • Your account enters a suspended or restricted state

    • Core features may be locked, but data remains intact

    • Notifications are sent reminding you to renew or update payment

 What You Can Still Access:  

  • View-only access to your data (no edits allowed)

  • Download/export backups (if allowed during suspension)

  • Access to Billing Section to make payment

 Post-Grace Period Consequences:  

  • Your account may be deactivated or archived.

  • After a longer window (typically 60–90 days), your data may be deleted permanently as per company retention policy.
