Is there an option for auto-renewal, and how do I disable or enable it?
Auto-renewal ensures your service continues without manual intervention.
Enable/Disable Auto-Renewal:
Go to Billing → Subscription Settings
Toggle the “Auto-Renewal” switch ON or OFF
If OFF, you’ll receive alerts before expiry
We recommend keeping it enabled with a valid payment method to avoid service interruption.
Disabling auto-renewal will not cancel your current plan—it simply stops the next billing cycle. You’ll still retain features until the end of the paid period.
