Steps to Set Up:
Enable under Setup > Performance Management.
Create appraisal templates with rating scales and competencies.
Set review cycles (quarterly, annual, etc.).
Enable self-appraisals, peer reviews, and 360° feedback.
Employee/Manager Use:
Self and team evaluations are done in Performance > Appraisals.
Reports:
See Performance Reports for appraisal scores and trends.
